We Accept Returns For
We will gladly replace or refund any order that is:

Damaged on arrival

Incorrect (wrong print, size, or item)

Lost during shipping
Just contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We Do Not Accept
Because our prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind

Choosing the wrong size

Disliking the item once received

How to Start a Return

Brief description of the issue

Photos if the item is damaged
We reply within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping

If the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect — we cover return shipping

We may ask you to dispose of the item locally to reduce environmental footprint
Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed:

Refunds are sent to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank
Exchanges
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we can send:

The same artwork again

Or a different print of equal value (once approved)
