RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Label Picture.
Below is everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.


We Accept Returns For

We will gladly replace or refund any order that is:

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Incorrect (wrong print, size, or item)

  • Lost during shipping

Just contact us within 14 days of delivery.


We Do Not Accept

Because our prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Disliking the item once received
    (But contact us — we’ll see how we can help!)


How to Start a Return

Email us at labelpicture@gmail.com with:

  1. Your full name

  2. Order number

  3. Brief description of the issue

  4. Photos if the item is damaged

We reply within 1–2 business days.


Return Shipping

  • If the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect — we cover return shipping

  • We may ask you to dispose of the item locally to reduce environmental footprint


Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank


Exchanges

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we can send:

  • The same artwork again

  • Or a different print of equal value (once approved)
